These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Craawled, an AI Search Visibility Analytics platform operated by Craawled (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Craawled tracks how brands appear in AI-generated search results across providers including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others. The service provides analytics on brand mentions, sentiment, citations, and competitor comparisons.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Team collaboration is available through our Teams feature with role-based access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Craawled platform itself
  • Share your account credentials with others (use Teams for collaboration)
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

4. Credits & Billing

  • The service operates on a credit-based system. Each crawl of your tracked queries consumes credits across all configured AI providers.
  • Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation. Usage beyond your included credits may incur additional charges if auto top-up is enabled.
  • Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Craawled owns all rights to the platform, including its design, code, and features.
  • You retain ownership of the brand data and configurations you provide.
  • AI-generated search results collected by the service are subject to the respective AI provider's terms of use.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Service Availability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AI provider responses may change without notice, which may affect analytics results.
  • Crawl results depend on the availability and behavior of third-party AI providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craawled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
